If your crystal isn't sparking joy (thanks, Marie Kondo!), you've got a full 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back. After that, we're afraid it's officially yours. Consider it cosmic destiny!

Received a damaged or defective item? We'll happily swap it out faster than you can say "Mercury retrograde." Just email our crystal care team at support@ayanacrystals.com, and we'll take care of it.
