I have yet to receive a response to my initial email, so I’m doubtful I’ll hear back regarding my purchase. I was considering returning the item and disputing the charges, as it seems the merchant is either unresponsive or too busy to address concerns. I will take it to my local gemologist first. Upon receiving the package, I noticed it was open, with sticky residue and fur/hair matted to the exterior. There were also fingerprints on the plated gold, which took significant effort to remove. Additionally, the wrapping around the wire had small cracks that appeared to have mold. I’ve placed the gems in sea salt for a few hours, and I may bury them in the earth to reset any potential negative energy absorbed from the previous owner. My initial impression is that this might have been a return that wasn’t properly inspected before being sent out again.
