They say lepidolite is a great stone for people with social anxiety disorder, ADHD, depression, and general anxiety. I put this to the test and have had quite astonishing results so far. I find myself more comfortable in social situations, feeling more optimistic, having more hope and faith, and naturally feeling some what sedated ( in a good way not a drug like way ). My mind is constantly working overtime and incredibly busy to the point where it can effect my day to day life.
